Resumo: This thesis examines the opinions and attitudes of early-career women toward menstrual leave policies in the workplace through qualitative research. The results demonstrate that there is a growing demand for such policies in the workplace, as women feel the implementation of menstrual leave may improve their health and well-being. However, cultural perceptions and attitudes toward menstruation must change first, to eliminate stigmatization and discriminatory behavior against women. The study highlights the need to promote greater awareness and support for women's health in the workplace and provides implications for organizations to create more inclusive workplaces.
