| Resumo: | Shedding light on the most propitious performance indicators for assessing the impact of the organizational sustainability of social programs is a work project that investigates the most effective KPIs for performance measurement of non-profit organizations. For NGOs, performance measurement is often seen as misleading. Thus, identifying the right performance indicators to evaluate their impact entails real challenges. From the experience with Girl MOVE and using mixed data methods, the Rules of thumb from Epstein and Yuthas and the Logic model, the author suggested an appropriate set of KPIs to assess the social impact produced by NGOs similar to Girl MOVE. |
