The paper investigates the merging of Monsanto’s seed and trait expertise with Bayer’s crop protection goods, which resulted in the formation of the world’s largest agrochemical participant. It delves into Bayer’s difficulties in skirting antitrust restrictions, as well as the subsequent court disputes over Monsanto’s flagship product.
