Three weeks of detailed simulation depict the transition of IXOR, a fictitious automotive company, to sustainable practices. Carefully crafted strategies were developed for each department, aimed at improving value creation and revitalizing the product portfolio. The Business in Practice (BiP) experience encompassed both professional development and personal growth. This simulation demonstrated not only the synergy between departments, but also underlined the importance of interdepartmental cooperation and provided a solid foundation for navigating future career landscapes.pt_PT
