After the introduction, Chapter 2 deals with the state of the art of rice in Angola. Chapter 3 describes rice production systems in the municipalities of Kamacupa and Catabola, province of Bié. Chapter 4 seeks to understand how rice value chain management works and finally, Chapter 5 identifies some proposals for possible solutions.
