Management control system for Anita

Abstract

This work project aims to help a small non profit organization overcome the financial difficulties encountered and enhance the accomplishment of its mission. After analyzing the financial challenges, the creation of a budget and control system was presented as a solution. The non profit organization was recommended to have a profit at the end of the year. To increase its liquidity, a cash budget and a cash reserve were established. It was also suggested to perform variance analysis regularly throughout the year and take the necessary actions to correct deviations.
