| dc.description.abstract | This thesis analyzes the evolution of PROXiMA, a simulated company that exist only within the business simulation created by IndustryMasters®, operating in the Automotive sector. PROXiMA’s journey inside an industry which is facing disruptive technological innovations provides valuable insights for the real-life players and underlines how important is to have a clear and adaptable data-driven strategy. In particular, the functions of Finance, Strategy and Operations will be examined. In addition, this paper will include a personal reflection on the role played by the author within his team, highlighting the importance of open communication and a structured organization of teamwork. | pt_PT |
