Resumo(s)
Amidst a transformation era for the automotive industry, marked by the emergence of a new
mobility paradigm, effective management proves detrimental to a car company’s survival. The
Business in Practice (BiP) simulation provided an opportunity for a diverse student cohort,
including myself as the Human Resources Director of Quattro Motors, to collaboratively
harness collective knowledge in this challenging context. Success hinged on the ability to
transform industry disruptions into innovation catalysts. This paper explores business insights
gained from six years of managing Quattro Motors, also serving as a platform for
introspection, highlighting the personal growth fostered by BiP.
