Resumo(s)
This work projet investigates the role innovations have in
solving the problem of
unsustainability of the food industry,
and aims at understanding if they can
be a solution to this problem. More
specifically, it will be investigated
why the food system is not sustainable,
what steps companies in this industry
need to take to implement sustainable
innovations, and what benefits these
bring to organizations. Furthermore, a
case study will be presented, and the
company Pastificio Rana S.p.A. will
be analyzed in the aforementioned
subjects.
