Employees can be considered the inner workings of an organization. With CSR on the rise it is surprising to find comparatively little research exploring how CSR impacts such an existential stakeholder group. This study aims to theoretically explore and empirically test if internal and external CSR perceptions affect employees’ organizational citizenship behavior, affective commitment, and turnover intention. Additionally, possible interposed influences of perceived organizational support and person-organization fit on aforementioned CSR-employee outcome linkages are investigated. Results are based on surveys of 160 employees from three firms. Implications for literature and management as well as limitations and research suggestions are provided.por
