Instrumento em pública-forma contendo uma
carta régia de D. Afonso IV pela qual ordenava a
Martim Gonçalves, seu almoxarife do reguengo
de Frielas e Sacavém, que em virtude de uma
carta que a sua mãe, D. Isabel, lhe escrevera
pedindo que mandasse dar aos frades capelães
do mosteiro de Odivelas a quantia de mil libras
que seu marido lhes destinara em testamento
para a compra de herdades para seu sustento,
que essas mil libras fossem obtidas a partir da
liquidação da dívida de Domingos Afonso à
Coroa, que orçava nesse valor. Segue-se a
tomada de posse por Frei Durão, capelão do rei,
das vinhas e herdades que tinham pertencido a
Domingos Afonso
Public certificate of a royal letter issued by D. Afonso IV through which he ordered Martim Gonçalves, his storekeeper of the royal properties of Frielas and Sacavém, on account of a letter of D. Isabel, his mother, through which she had asked him to give the friars chaplains of Odivelas’ monastery the amount of 1,000 pounds her husband had destined to them in his will for the acquisition of lands for their sustenance, to obtain the said 1,000 pounds from the liquidation of the debt owed by Domingos Afonso to the Crown. Follows suit the deed of possession by Friar Durão, chaplain of the King, of the wineyards and lands that had belonged to Domingos Afonso.
