The present study aims at evaluating the viability of a healthcare TripAdvisor-like platform in France, for the hospital market. A total of 23French experts were interviewed to identify the main barriers and opportunities emerging from such an idea. Insightful hints were provided regarding the right approach to adopt considering the complexity and rigidity of the French market ,found not to be mature enough to welcome such a platform, from an ethical and regulatory point of view. The idea aroused a high interest but raised several concerns as well regarding the business model and its scalability.
