| dc.description.abstract | Nas indústrias automóveis, as lesões musculoesqueléticas relacionadas com o trabalho são, em muitas delas, uma realidade. De forma a prevenir futuras lesões, realizou-se um es- tudo no centro de medições Measuring, da Volkswagen Autoeuropa. O principal objetivo deste estudo é efetuar uma análise dos postos de trabalho através do desenvolvimento e análise de respostas a um questionário global, que continha diversos questionários e metodologias, tais como o Índice de Capacidade para Trabalho, o Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire, a Escala de Borg e o Questionário Nórdico Musculosquelético. Através da realização deste estudo foi possível concluir que os operadores possuíam uma boa capacidade para o trabalho, sendo necessário sustentá-la. De outro modo, as exigên- cias cognitivas e a influência no trabalho representavam um risco para a saúde dos operado- res. O esforço percecionado após o término do turno foi de intensidade leve, a sintomatologia musculosquelética foi reportada com maior frequência na região lombar e nos joelhos, sendo reportada com maior intensidade na região lombar. Por fim, as subescalas "Saúde geral" e "Burnout" correlacionaram-se negativamente com os valores do Índice de Capacidade para o Trabalho. Para que haja uma maior prevenção de possíveis problemas de saúde dos operadores, é necessário que seja efetuada uma análise e avaliação regular. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | In most of the automotive industries work-related musculoskeletal injuries are a reality. To prevent future injuries, a study was carried out at Volkswagen Autoeuropa's Measuring measurement centre. The main purpose of this study is to carry out an analysis of jobs' taks through the de- velopment and analysis of the responses obtained through a global questionnaire, which, in turn, contained several questionnaires and methodologies, such as: the Work Ability Index; the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire; the of Borg; and the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire. Through the accomplishment of the present study, it was possible to conclude that the operators had a good ability for the work's tasks. Even though, it's necessary to sustain that ability. For example, the cognitive demands and influence at work score as a risk to the oper- ators' health. The perceived effort after the end of the shift was of light intensity and the mus- culoskeletal symptoms that were reported more frequently were in the lower back region and knees - being reported with greater intensity in the lower back region. Finally, the "General health" and "Burnout" subscales were negatively correlated with the Work Ability Index val- ues. In order to improve the prevention of possible health problems in the operators, it is necessary to carry out a regular analysis and evaluation. | pt_PT |
