| dc.description.abstract | Based on considerations by Eduardo Lourenço and Adolfo Casais Monteiro, this essay discusses the problem of a critical reduction of the phenomenon of heteronymy. According to both critics, this reduction is associated with an explanation of heteronymy based on external motives, recurrent in the critical tradition of Pessoa’s work. In opposition to this kind of reading, and through the analysis of the proposals of both these critics, the essay points out interpretative lines, which are based on a textual, literary and editorial dimension of the phenomenon, rejecting references to motives exceeding these dimensions. Partindo de considerações de Eduardo Lourenço e de Adolfo Casais Monteiro, este ensaio discute o problema de uma redução crítica do fenómeno da heteronímia. Esta redução tem que ver, segundo ambos os críticos, com uma explicação da heteronímia a partir de fundamentos que lhe são exteriores, recorrente na tradição crítica pessoana. Por oposição a este tipo de leitura, e através da análise das propostas destes dois críticos, o ensaio aponta para linhas interpretativas que têm por base a dimensão textual, literária e editorial do fenómeno, rejeitando o recurso a fundamentos que excedam estas dimensões. | en |
