Resumo(s)
PSARI, a project to collect old, worn-out wetsuits and transforms them into new products to
reduce neoprene waste, started its ideation phase one semester prior to this paper. The work
project followed The Lean Startup framework by Eric Rise to test and validate key dimensions
of the business model. Although the production and selling of the new products made from old
wetsuits were successfully validated, four of the five collection streams failed to reach the
predetermined target. As a result, PSARI will pivot the way the material will be collected while
continuing to test and develop its sales channels.
