This thesis analyzes PROXiMA's strategic transformation to
electrification through a business simulation, focusing on the shift
from internal combustion to electric vehicles. It explores
sustainability, operational restructuring, strategy development,
and customer-oriented marketing, while highlighting the
importance of cross-functional decision-making. Despite
challenges, PROXiMA achieved market leadership, showcasing
the benefits of long-term planning. This work also provides
insights into team dynamics and collaborative decision-making
process, through personal reflection. It reflects on the importance
of self-efficacy, constant communication, and teamwork in
driving collaborative success.
