Resumo(s)
In the following thesis lessons from leading an international car manufacturing company in a
simulation which undergoes a transition to become more sustainable as part of the board of
directors will be discussed. Two critical incidents were described and analyzed which helped me
learn more about the way I behave when working within a group under time and performance
pressure. In the second part the company’s performance will be analyzed regarding the value
added and looking at the overall strategy of the company, the HR and the operations department
and finally across the companies different functions.
