dc.description.abstractThis individual section of the work project is focused on understanding the changing role of the insurance broker and setting the findings in relation to the perception of Planning4Liferegarding the needs of brokers. It is based on a review of existing literature and a written online survey. The results indicate that insurance brokers are facing both the necessity to offer personalized products and to use a digital tools et.
