Keeping this in mind, this project seeks to understand the performance of these companies between the pre-and post-IPO periods, that is, during the transition process to becoming a public company. Eight US companies have been analyzed using data available on platforms such as Yahoo Finance and Stock Analysis. The results show that the companies are able to achieve financial stability after this transition, but that they find it more difficult to increase their market value in the years following the IPO.engDigital VentureStartupPrivate InvestmentsUnicorn CompanyInitial Public OfferingSDG 4 - Quality educationSDG 8 - Decent work and economic growthSDG 9 - Industry, innovation and infrastructureSDG 10 - Reduced inequalitiesSDG 17 - Partnerships for the goalsEvolutionary Paths of Digital Venturesmaster thesis203564715
