To this end, it is essential that clubs define strategies and implement aligned practices. In this work project, we devised 38 Key Performance Indicators, divided into 5 areas, to monitor the practices of SL Benfica’s youth academy, Benfica Campus. Based on the measured KPIs, we conclude that, presently, SL Benfica has a competitive advantage in youth development.
