It explores societal ageing, employment challenges, and dNovo's strategic initiatives. Using the ABC – Attitude Model (Jain 2014) and Bronfenbrenner's (1979) socio-ecological framework, the work project proposes a multifaceted toolkit to assess individual, organizational, and societal impacts of the company. The study highlights dNovo's alignment with global sustainability efforts, revealing its contribution to reducing age-related inequalities, and addresses the assessment of the organization’s impact, contributing to the development of the organization’s mission.engAbc attitude modelImpact assessmentToolkitQualified unemploymentAging populationEmotional well-being metricsSurveysSelf-monitoring and trackingEvaluationsSelf-efficacy scaleMeasuring dnovo´s impact: a toolkit for assessment - from an individual perspectivemaster thesis203864352
