The thesis examines CO2 reducing measures of a German NGO and compares them with measures taken in other perspectives, such as research institutions and organizations from the private and public sector to achieve the German climate goals. With the help of a grounded theory approach and comparative analyis, it is shown that systemic change is required for this endeavor. Furthermore, new laws, regulations, and financial resources are necessary to develop strategies and innovations to steer the system toward a net-zero future.engGermanyCo2 reduction measuresSystemic changeClimate neutralityCo2 emission reduction in Germany - from the perspective of an ngomaster thesis203315014
