Utilizing survey questionnaires, the study engages a sample size of N=191. This study utilizes a correlation analysis and a t-test to investigate the relationships with CQ and its four factors. Contrary to expectations, most demographic factors, including education level, did not significantly predict CQ. Notably, the type of international experience emerged as a key determinant, underscoring its importance in developing CQ. These findings challenge existing assumptions, suggesting a need for a broader perspective on CQ's influencers.engCultural intelligenceIntercultural competenceSoft skillsGlobal managementCqDemographic factorsDeveloping intercultural intelligence: what are the demographic factors that influence intercultural intelligence among people with international experiencemaster thesis203679687
