Through in-depth primary analysis and research, we identified some valuable means to overcome these problems. This study proposes as a solution a customized interface for nonprofit organizations and potential donors to communicate. Thanks to this medium, individuals will have a deeper comprehension of the impact charities are having, hence strengthening their trust in them.
