José’s (CJSJ) financial sustainability to be improved. An introductory diagnosis highlighted a large dependency on state funding and the need to optimize the use of its assets to become more financially sustainable. It also showed that the current organizational structure could act as a barrier to the successful and sustainable operation of further business units. Hence, this report provides a proposed business plan for two for-profit units that can be implemented by CJSJ and suggested shifts in its current organizational practices to ensure the success of the latter.engFinancial sustainabilityBusiness modelHybrid organizationsPadelSocial enterpriseValue propositionHow could a padel club be conceptualized as a new profitable business unit for CJSJ?master thesis203317300
