By comparing the indicators in startups and corporations, this thesis investigates burnout in remote work environments. Key stressors, including isolation, nature of tasks, and uncertain futures, are identified through 17 interviews. Regardless of the organizational size and structure creating supportive environments is essential. Corporations should prioritize prevention and resource communication, while startups can implement resource-efficient, adaptable practices like "no send zones." The hybrid work model is recommended as an efficient solution approach that strikes a balance between flexibility and a supportive team culture.engFuture of workBurnoutWork-life balanceOrganizational structuresBurnout in remote working environments - comparative analysis of corporations and startupsmaster thesis203990218
