All rights reserved.Protection against labour discrimination on the grounds of disability is guaranteed by the Portuguese legal system. People with disabilities have a diverse range of abilities, so measures to reasonably adapt the workplace play a fundamental role in the maintenance of the labour relationship and the struggle against discrimination. Starting from the problematisation of the dynamic concept of disability, this article reports on the results of two exploratory studies (questionnaires and interviews) carried out in 2022 among disabled people with work experience.
