Furthermore, it explores whether contextual factors at work, such as psychological safety and job autonomy interact with FWE. Drawing on Conservation of Resources (COR) theory and the interactionist perspective, the hypothesized relationships were tested with data from 135 participants collected with an online survey. Results showed that FWE, including its subdimensions significantly predict IWB, whereas the situation factors do not moderate the effect. These findings highlight the beneficial impact of family-derived resources for IWB at work.engFamily to work enrichmentInnovative work behaviorPsychological safetyJob autonomyConservation of resourcesositive psychologyInteractionist perspectiveHow life shapes innovation: the impact of family to work enrichment on innovative wpr behavior fopr employees in knowledge-based industries in Europemaster thesis204237670
