An interview and survey were deployed to collect employee insight and the data was then cross-examined using a critical realist approach to uncover patterns and frequencies. The results were then transformed into actionable outputs that managers at Company X and several others can put in place to improve not only workplace satisfaction but also employee loyalty, hopefully, reducing dissatisfaction in the workplace, high employee turnover rates and related costs.engGeneration ZBig techGen ZAttritionAttracting and retaining Gen Z talent in the big tech workforcemaster thesis203866711
