Sendo assim, esta pesquisa argumenta que: o material fílmico fornece um ponto de vista invulgar, em relação ao discurso oficial da época; as particularidades fílmicas permitem analisar a construção do discurso político seja em Cuba seja na Guiné, e as relações entre elas; o estudo das imagens interroga a produção de conhecimento e a construção identitária em sentido anticolonial, pós-colonial e decolonial.Through the study of the newsreels (Noticieros) produced by the Instituto Cubano del Arte y Indústria Cinematográfico, this work analyzes the editions that approached the colonial war and the struggle for the independence of Guinea-Bissau against the Portuguese army (1961-1974).
