Using a quantitative analysis with foreign tourists, the research provides a comprehensive assessment of the policies' effectiveness and talent attraction. The study's quantitative analysis indicates that awareness of visa-free policies significantly influences migration intentions among skilled professionals, although challenges in social adaptation persist. These findings contribute to the theoretical understanding of migration behavior through the Push-Pull Theory and Value-Expectancy Framework, while offering practical implications for policymakers and businesses in maximizing the benefits of visa liberalization.engRelaxed visa policyinternational talentsAttitudesIntention of migrationChinaNew business opportunities in China behind relaxed visa requirements - the impact on international talents migration intentionsmaster thesis
