The research conducts Randomized Control Trials (RCTs) by sending reminders at various times, using informative messages and gamified quizzes as reminder types. Results indicate that all reminders significantly increase the likelihood of users resuming insurance quotes, with quizzes showing a slightly higher impact. However, no significant effect on sales transactions is observed.
