José’s (CJSJ) financial sustainability to be improved. An introductory diagnosis highlighted a large dependency on state funding and the need to optimize the use of its assets to become more financially sustainable. It also showed that the current organizational structure could act as a barrier to the successful and sustainable operation of further business units. This report provides one of the two proposed business plans for a for-profit unit that can be implemented by CJSJ: the business concept of a parking space. Finally, organizational shifts as well as financial recommendations will be proposed to CJSJ.engManagementBusiness conceptionSocial businessMarket researchValue propositionHow could a parking space be conceptualized as a new profitable business unit for Cjsjmaster thesis203364988
