To that purpose, three main topics were identified and studied: Leadership, Individual attributes and Organizational attributes. It was tested how these topics influence Innovative Environment that will consequently influence Innovative Behaviour. The results showed that the most crucial topic is Organizational attributes meaning that a company to upgrade their degree of innovation needs to enhance their facilities or improve/reformulate the way of working inside the organization. The results also revealed that Individual attributes are the topic with a higher self-appreciation from the individual, although those attributes alone do not represent a significant dimension, and demand to be accompanied with other policies that collectively bring a new set of ideas and innovation to companies.engInnovationLeadershipStructural Equation ModelOrganizational FactorsIndividual FactorsSDG 8 - Decent work and economic growthSDG 9 - Industry, innovation and infrastructureSDG 17 - Partnerships for the goalsFactors Influencing Innovationmaster thesis204073740
