The primary purpose of the research was to determine if Associação Salvador could leverage the new employment quota law to increase its social impact while ensuring financial sustainability. The aim of this chapter was to analyse Associação Salvador, by firstly performing a Portfolio Analysis and a Financial Diagnosis.
