Terminology neology and variation participate simultaneously in the innovation of terminological systems and in diachronic terminology. There are a large number of speech nouns related to non-stabilized or non-normalized concepts. This conceptual dynamic is observed in the textual corpora, in certain types of texts, with a character of information, dissemination and prevention of some diseases or epidemics; some phenomena of terminological instability are a reflection of conceptual and / or scientific instability in certain areas of medicine, such as the Ebola epidemic.
