Findings indicate that employee-oriented practices enhance employer attractiveness. The interaction revealed stronger effects for open systems in FMCG and weaker for employee-oriented and loose control compared to FS. Industry-specific effects show that open systems in FMCG, and closed systems and employee-oriented practices in FS enhance attractiveness. These findings emphasize the need for industry-specific management strategies to attract Gen Z employees.engOrganizational cultureGeneration ZEmployer attractionIndustry characteristicsCompany culture & attracting Gen Z: a tale of two industries - financial services And FMCGmaster thesis203866770
