A comprehensive analysis of gender tells us that in the banking sector, throughout the years, there have always been more male workers than female ones. Using an Ordinary Least Squares regression model, we could conclude that gender does not play a role in explaining the economic well-being of banks, meaning no correlation or impact exists. Similar studies have reached the same findings.engRoeWomenBanksCountriesHow women impact financial performance in banks, when considering smaller institutions and younger employeesmaster thesis203311159
