To achieve this objective, the paper is organised into two primary sections. The initial component comprises of a primary overview of the service, and Lusíadas Saúde, as well as an analysis of their current technological resources. The second section includes a financial study of the service, in addition to a business plan and guidelines for service set-up and optimisation.
