A qualitative approach was used, through the interview of Innovation Leaders and Intrapreneurs. The findings highlight that top management support, intrapreneurial programs, and the integration of employee-driven ideas are critical for fostering an innovation culture. This work provides insights from a Portuguese perspective, addressing a gap in research, which is typically focused on U.S. companies.
