The main question to be answered was “What are the third party suppliers with the most potential to push Wintrgarden through their channels?”. To answer this question a series of steps was taken, culminating in the development of a scoring model. This model was then used to assess a series of candidates in four markets: Germany, France, Scandinavia and United Kingdom. The final shortlist of the candidates with the most potential is presented for each.
