Ablue print was developed, allowing health care providers to assess their readiness for VBHC implementation, identifying the dimensions and subdimensions needed for success. A qualitative content analysis was conducted to analyze insights of 25interviewed experts. Organizational Culture and Knowledge were identified as overarching dimensions, further dissected and characterized.
