For the one-step derivatization reaction N-methyl-N (tert.- butyldimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide (MTBSTFA) was used and for the two-step reaction we used hydrochloridic acid (HCl) and trifluoroacetic anhydride (TFAA).
