It is a tool adjusted to the reality of SL Benfica which allows the club to self-evaluate its Financial Performance and Infrastructures. The methodology involved benchmarking and the use of radar charts for visual representation. The document underlines the SL Benfica Group’s dedication to Financial Performance and Infrastructures using a list of key performance indicators (KPIs). |
