Abstract: The car industry is facing a period of considerable changes, due to the shift towards electrification and digitalization. It is therefore critical that carmakers react to these changes swiftly. The aim of this thesis is to present the efforts of a fictional company, Curro Cars, to navigate such transitional period in a simulated environment. The content is divided into two parts, firstly the business performance will be presented, focusing on strategy, innovation and finance. Secondly the focus will be on team dynamics, presenting two critical incidents that provided personal reflection points on the author’s role in a team.
