Resumo: "In the last decade gene therapy became an effective form of treatment for several disease indications. Successful clinical trials saved the lives of many patients otherwise with untreatable diseases and numerous products were granted market approval. Gammaretroviral and lentiviral vectors (γ- RV and LV) are the gene delivery vehicles with higher representation in clinical trials and commercialized virus-based products. (...)"
